Does your trailer have a rotational pinbox?
Brands like Turning Point or Sidewinder. These rotate to give your truck cab clearance during tight turns.
Good to know: With a rotational pinbox, you can use a fixed hitch instead of a slider. Gooseneck Fifth Wheel adapters won't work with rotational pinboxes.

Step 1: Puck-to-rail adapter
Drops into your pucks, gives you rails.
Husky
Step 2: ISR Gooseneck Adapter
Mounts to your rails, gives you a gooseneck ball.
Step 3: Gooseneck Pinbox
Replace your trailer's pinbox.
Note
Ball on rails has no clearance underneath, so Gooseneck Fifth Wheel adapters won't work. You'll need a gooseneck pinbox on your trailer.
Step 1: OE Gooseneck Offset Adapter
Drops into your pucks with built-in offset for short-bed clearance.
Step 2: Choose how to tow your fifth wheel
You now have a gooseneck ball. Pick one of the options below to connect your fifth wheel trailer.
Option A: Gooseneck Fifth Wheel
Adapter sits on your ball. Keep your trailer stock — quick to set up, adds some height.
PullRite
24K Super 5th
$1,123
PullRite
20K SuperLite
$1,015
Option B: Gooseneck Pinbox
Swap your trailer's pinbox. Permanent trailer mod, but cleaner connection and often better ride.
