The B&W ISR Adapter 25K lets you run a fifth wheel hitch on trucks with Industry Standard Rails instead of OEM pucks. Twenty-five thousand pounds of capacity. If your truck has aftermarket rails or came with the older ISR setup, this adapter opens up your hitch options.

The adapter bridges the gap between rail systems and puck-style hitches. Drop in the adapter, then run a Companion or similar hitch on top.
