About This Product

The PullRite 4452 is a rail adapter for GM 2500 and 3500 trucks with the factory OE puck system. It converts your pucks to industry-standard rails so you can use any fifth wheel hitch with tabbed or spade-style feet. Rated at 25,000 pounds with 6,250 pounds pin weight capacity.
The four-piece modular design makes installation manageable for one person. Each section pins into the factory puck locations without tools. You handle each piece individually instead of wrestling with a single heavy unit that would require two people.
This adapter positions your hitch centered over the rear axle where it belongs. Proper weight distribution means better handling, less sway, and more stable towing when you are pulling a heavy fifth wheel down the highway.
PullRite makes this adapter in the USA with heavy-duty steel construction and a powder coat finish. It works with all PullRite ISR Series hitches plus compatible hitches from other manufacturers. The kit includes all mounting hardware and carries a five-year warranty.
