16K E-Series

The CURT E16 is their budget-friendly puck-mount hitch. Sixteen thousand pounds of towing capacity at a lower price than the A-series. You give up the fancy poly-torsion head and some of the noise-reduction features, but you still get a solid hitch that drops into Ford factory pucks without drilling or welding.

Same quarter-turn anchor system as the more expensive models. Drop the legs into the pucks, turn to lock, attach the head. Simple installation that most people handle themselves in an afternoon. The E-series uses a roller design instead of the articulating torsion head - it still moves and pivots, just through a different mechanism.

The jaws wrap around the kingpin and the handle locks into place with a clear indicator showing coupling status. Lube plate included. One-pin head removal for storage. Powder coat finish protects against rust.

If you are watching your budget and your trailer weight is comfortably under 16,000 pounds, the E16 gets the job done without the premium price. It is still a CURT product with their engineering and warranty behind it - just without some of the bells and whistles of the A-series.
