25K ISR Adapter

The CURT 16042 is a puck adapter for RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks with the factory fifth wheel prep package. It converts your RAM pucks to standard rails that accept any CURT fifth wheel legs and rollers. Rated at 25,000 pounds gross trailer weight.

What sets this adapter apart is the quarter-turn anchoring system. You drop the adapter into your bed pucks and twist each anchor a quarter turn to lock it in place. The whole installation takes seconds, not minutes. When you want your bed back, you reverse the process and lift the adapter out.

The anchors are adjustable. That means you can dial in the fit until there is zero play between the adapter and your truck. No rattling. No chucking noises while you drive. Just a tight, solid connection that stays quiet down the road.
