25K ISR Adapter

The Demco 6099 is a rail adapter for RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks with the factory OE puck system. It gives you standard industry rails on top of your pucks so you can use any fifth wheel hitch with tabbed feet. Rated at 25,000 pounds gross trailer weight.

If you already own a fifth wheel hitch from your old truck, this adapter lets you keep using it. No need to buy a completely new puck-mount hitch just because you upgraded to a RAM with the factory prep package. Just drop in the adapter and bolt your existing hitch to the rails.

Installation happens from the truck bed. The adapter locks into your factory puck receptacles with locking pins. When you need the bed for hauling lumber or other cargo, you can remove the whole system in minutes. The rails are spaced at industry-standard measurements, so compatibility is not an issue.
