22K ISR Adapter

The Camco Eaz-Lift 48662 is a puck adapter for GM trucks with the factory fifth wheel prep package. It converts your pucks to standard rails so you can use your existing Eaz-Lift fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch instead of buying puck-specific equipment.

The two-piece split design is the big advantage here. Each half weighs little enough that one person can lift and position it without help. No struggling with a single heavy unit. No calling a buddy to hold one end while you wrestle the other into place.

The adapter works with Eaz-Lift fifth wheel hitches rated at 16K, 18K, and 22K. It also accepts their gooseneck ball and plate. That flexibility lets you switch between different trailer types depending on what you need to tow.
