25K ISR Adapter

The Reese 30154 is a puck adapter for RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks with the factory fifth wheel prep package. It converts your RAM puck system to standard industry rails so you can mount any fifth wheel hitch with tabbed feet. Rated at 25,000 pounds.

The adapter mounts directly to your factory OE puck locations. No drilling into your bed. No permanent modifications. When you want to remove it, the quick-release pins let you lift the whole assembly out and store it until your next trip.

Once installed, the rails accept any industry-standard fifth wheel hitch. That includes stationary hitches for long-bed trucks and slider hitches for short-bed applications. The adapter positions your hitch properly over the rear axle for good weight distribution.
