21K ISR Adapter

The Demco 6194 is a rail adapter for Ford F-150 trucks with the factory OE puck system. It converts your F-150 pucks to industry-standard rails so you can mount a fifth wheel hitch with tabbed feet. Rated at 21,000 pounds gross trailer weight.

The F-150 with factory fifth wheel prep gives you pucks in the bed but leaves you hunting for compatible hitches. The 6194 solves that by providing standard rails. Once installed, you can use the same fifth wheel hitches designed for Super Duty trucks.

Installation happens from the truck bed using your existing puck locations. No bed drilling. The adapter locks securely into the factory pucks and provides proper rail spacing for virtually any standard fifth wheel hitch.
