22K ISR Adapter

The Camco Eaz-Lift 48660 is a puck adapter for 2010-2019 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 trucks. It converts your factory puck system to standard rails so you can use your existing fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch instead of buying something new.

What makes this adapter different is the two-piece split design. Each half is light enough for one person to handle alone. No helper needed. No struggling to lift a single heavy chunk of metal into position. You just drop each piece into the pucks, secure them, and you are ready to mount your hitch.

The 48660 works with Eaz-Lift fifth wheel hitches rated at 16K, 18K, and 22K, both stationary and slider versions. It also accepts their gooseneck ball and plate setup. That gives you flexibility to switch between different trailer types as your needs change.

Camco has been making RV and towing products since 1966. The adapter features powder-coated steel construction that holds up to weather and regular use. Installation takes about 30 to 45 minutes with basic hand tools. All necessary hardware comes included in the kit.
